We perform all phases of tree removals.  Whether small or large, big or tall, rest assured that our professional approach and technique will successfully and safely remove every tree contracted through our firm.

After careful scrutiny of each removal, we will then decide the approach for removal.   Sometimes it may include the use of a crane.  Crane's come in handy when normal rigging down a tree is not practical or safe.  Commercial Tree Care has used crane's on a number of tree jobs.
The most common method of a tree removal is climbing the tree itself and carefully lowering branches with a simple rope system.  Branches are lowered via a rope in order to  eliminate or minimize damage on landscaping or structures below.
This is commonly known as 'rigging'.

Rigging is the use of ropes and other equipment to take down trees or remove plant parts.
Rigging is necessary when free-falling a tree is not possible due to potential hazards such as obstacles below or power lines.
Rigging techniques will often allow our climbers to remove larger limbs in less time and with more control and safety.
I must emphasize that only our experienced climbers use these techniques.

The most integral tools of our rigging operations are the ropes. Ropes are used in two ways for limb removal - load lines and tag lines.
The load lines are the ropes that are used to carry the weight of the limbs and the tag lines are used to control the direction of drop or the swing.

Other devices commonly used in rigging down a tree along with the use of ropes are: slings, pulleys, carabiners, figure eight descenders and lowering devices (a lowering device is a large, metal spool which carefully straps to the trunk of the tree).
